  • GRA Tax Clearance Certificate (Valid)
  • Proof of Continuous Professional Development (CPD) training (as per Section 27)
  • Payment of renewal fee:
    • GHS 2,850 for Brokerage Firms
    • GHS 2,850 for Brokers
    • GHS 1,350 for Agents

Renewal Process

  1. Download and complete the renewal form from the REAC website.
  2. Attach all required supporting documents and payment receipt.
  3. Submit to the Licensing & Compliance Department or upload via the online portal.
  4. Upon verification and approval, your new license certificate will be issued within the statutory timeframe.

Important Notes

  • Renewals submitted after the due date may attract a penalty as stipulated under Section 28 of Act 1047.
  • All license holders are required to display their valid license at their business premises.
  • REAC reserves the right to refuse renewal where conditions of practice have been breached.
