About the Real Estate Agency Council (REAC)
The Real Estate Agency Council (REAC) is the statutory regulatory body established under the Real Estate Agency Act, 2020 (Act 1047) to oversee, license, and regulate real estate agency practice in Ghana.

Our Statutory Mandate
Under Act 1047, REAC is mandated to:

- Protect consumers from fraudulent or unethical real estate activities.
- Promote education, certification, and continuing professional development.
