The Real Estate Agency Council (REAC) is the statutory regulatory authority established under
the Real Estate Agency Act, 2020 (Act 1047) to regulate, license, and supervise real estate
practice in Ghana.
REAC was established to promote professionalism, transparency, and ethical conduct within
Ghana’s real estate sector. The Council ensures that only qualified and licensed practitioners
operate, while protecting consumers from malpractice and fraud.
