Obtain Transaction Certificate

Section 29 of the Real Estate Agency Act, 2020 (Act 1047) requires all real estate transactions — sale, lease, or rental — to be accompanied by a Transaction Certificate issued by the Real Estate Agency Council (REAC).

This certificate confirms the transaction was conducted through a licensed broker or agent and complies with REAC’s regulatory standards.

To obtain your Transaction Certificate:

  • Verify both parties’ identification.
  • Ensure your agent holds a valid REAC licence.
  • Submit transaction details online.
  • Pay the applicable processing fee.
  • Receive your unique digital certificate.

Enter your REAC Licence Number:
