REPORT UNLICENSED ACTIVITY

Help Us Protect the Public

The Real Estate Agency Council (REAC) is committed to ensuring that only licensed professionals operate within Ghana’s real estate sector. If you suspect any individual or company engaging in real estate activities without proper licensing, please report it immediately.

⚠️ It is an offence under Act 1047 to operate as a real estate agent or broker without a valid REAC licence. Offenders are subject to sanctions including fines and possible imprisonment.
