Public Registry & Search

The Real Estate Agency Council (REAC) maintains a comprehensive Public Registry of all licensed real estate practitioners in Ghana.
This registry enables the public, investors, and stakeholders to verify the authenticity and current status of real estate brokers, agents, and agencies before engaging in any property transactions.

All entries are updated regularly in accordance with the Real Estate Agency Act, 2020 (Act 1047) to promote transparency, accountability, and professionalism within Ghana’s real estate sector.

Why the Registry Matters

  • Verifies that real estate practitioners are licensed and in good standing.
  • Protects the public from unlicensed or fraudulent operators.
  • Supports ethical real estate transactions and consumer confidence.
  • Ensures compliance with the standards and obligations under Act 1047.

Before doing business with any broker, agent, or developer, always verify their licence status using the REAC Public Registry.
