Licensing Services

📝 Apply for License

Apply for a new Real Estate license as a Brokerage Firm, Broker, or Agent under the Real Estate Agency Act, 2020 (Act 1047).
Registration ensures practitioners meet professional, ethical, and educational standards before operating in Ghana’s real estate market.

♻️ Renew License

All existing license holders must renew their licenses annually in accordance with Section 30 of Act 1047.
Renewal maintains your active registration status, verifies continued compliance, and confirms payment of annual fees and completion of required training.

🔍 Verify License

Under Section 33 of Act 1047, the Real Estate Agency Council maintains a public register of all licensed practitioners.
Clients, investors, and the public can verify whether a Broker, Agent, or Firm is duly registered using their license number
(e.g., REAC/2024/B/0000, REAC/2024/A/0000, REAC/2024/F/0000).
